Lunch & Learning Lessons

So the last time we spoke I told you about this wonderful android app. I thought I'd blog more because of it. Well that didn't happen because I couldn't get Instagram to work the way I wanted. Also because I can't copy and paste in this app. Since I post almost everything to my personal Facebook I hate typing everything twice. But.... I just found out that I can post my pics from my regular android camera so easy! So I am working my way into this.

Workout

This morning I got up and did 30 minutes of HIIT followed by some stretching. Tonight is Zumba at 5:30. Gina hired a new instructor, and as much as I love Gina, I am really liking the new gal. First off she teaches on the weekends which is a plus, secondly the new gal doesn't fiddle with the stereo system so it's pretty much nonstop for an hour. I do like Gina still and will go to her classes when I can but right now I am digging new gal. I guess I should learn her name.

Food

This morning after my morning wake me up (see above) I had my first meal. I had a Mocha Banana Espresso Click protein drink. I used almond milk, ice, the Click, and frozen banana. Yumm!
My second meal was a Larabar because I was in church and I didn't want to disturb anyone with a bunch of food. At 1:00 I had a 2 egg omelet with just a little bit of feta, cherry tomatoes, and peppers. On the side I had sweet potato chips. So good!
