30 Something Full Body Workout
Last night I fell asleep on the couch. Not highly unusual. Since my insomnia is so bad whenever I fall asleep my family just lets me be. I usually have it on Channel 11 which in STL means reruns of things like Two and a Half Men.
Around 4:30 am I slowly start waking up and there is an infomercial on TV. Also not highly unusual. I'm groggily glancing at show and something seems so familiar about it. Which is weird because I don't shop on-line, much less off the TV. It's a bunch of stoneware and it's so pretty.
Wait! I do have those dishes. I got them from my MIL. And I never use them. After the 1/2 hour infomercial telling me how cool they are, I've been using them all day. The only thing I want to know is where in the heck are the covers. I don't have the covers!
Pomegranate Smoothie: 1 cup Dole mixed berries with pomegranate, 2 tsp Navitas Naturals pomegranate powder, 12 oz rice milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 handful spinach
Honestly, I wasn't as crazy about this one. I do love pomegranate but it masks the banana and I guess I'm just so used to having the taste of bananas in my smoothie. But if you dislike bananas but need the potassium this is for you.
Thirty Something Full Body Workout:
I was in the kitchen cooking all day but when I looked over at the Daily Mile widget on the blog and noticed it said I hadn't worked out in two days I was totally embarrassed. Seriously? How did I let the time escape me like that. So I put the cooking aside and did a workout. I knew I needed something efficient because I still wasn't done in the kitchen.
