I'm getting tired of seeing this pin (different picture every time) with the same workout "prescription" so I've decided to do it and see what happens.
Here's what it says to do. "Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine *wedding workout". Indecently, this is is one of the most popular pins out there but I'm not sure if anyone is actually doing it. Also, I'm pretty sure it was started by a 15 year old on Tumbler. If the experiment works, I'll give the originator accolades, if it does not then I'll go on a mission to stop this pin dead in it's track.
So just for fun, we'll take a monthly picture (oh, yes, and FYI this will be in addition to my regular workouts). I figure it will keep me on track if you all are coming here and actually looking at it. While I may have running as a goal; my bigger goal is to get to 17% body fat. Right now I'm at
