Super Green Strawberry Smoothie #WIAW No. 17

I have no clue what's going on with my body. Over doing it? Never. I'm sure it will go away soon.  I mean we all know the problem isn't this:

Super Green Strawberry Smoothie:

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 large smoothie

Print

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen spinach
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 dropper full of  Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil
12 oz rice milk

Instructions:

Blend! Blend! Blend

It could possibly be this:

Not only did it have red meat in it which my system is not used to digesting but I had bread. This carb fest made me so bloated it was gross. Please call me if you see or hear me eat like this. I need someone to tell me to back away from the bread.

I also had a chef salad. So perhaps meat is just the issue.

I think I'll start a cleanse this weekend and get the grossness out of my body. Blech! Since I only have so much energy, it's clear that I'm using it for work and workouts. Sorry to put ya'll on the back burner but I have to prioritize my goals.

FYI: I got up and got a run in this morning! Tonight I'll be doing Jillian and some Pilates.

I think I forgot to thank the super lovely, Jenn, last week. Sorry doll!

Small Talk:

How do you cleanse your body when you're not feeling right?
