Tight Tush & Trim Hips Workout Starring Jeffrey the Cat

Tight Tush & Trim Hips #Pilates #Workout #video

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I spent a lot of time doing Pilates, studying and then making this video. Actually, I spent too much time making this video! I was trying to use my Flip but it wouldn’t record for more than eight minutes. I finally went back to my trusty phone but then got photo bombed by Jeffrey. After a million tries at getting this video done I decided to leave the cat. What can I say, it is what it is. He’s only in front of me during one set of exercises and it’s a repeat so I’m hoping you all have the idea. Plus it was a lot less intrusive than the video before where he stuck his entire face into the camera. If you’re allergic to cats, don’t worry it’s only a video. If you do this a few times through your bum will be on fire…very much worth a kitty photo bomb!

Small Talk:

Does your pet like to workout with you? Did you do the video…are your glutes on fire?

Go Jeffery! Great video. I didn’t do it, but I watched all the way through. I’ll definitely bookmark to do later. I know my abs and buns will be on fire because I’ve done those many of those moves before. I always admire your perfectly pointed toes :)

Jeffrey cracks me up! I was so tired of redoing the video over and over so I just left him in because I thought it was funny.

I didn’t realize my toes were perfectly pointed. Thank you!

Our cats are always trying to get involved in whatever we are doing! And I ran with the dogs this morning so yes I do work out with my pets quite a bit! I didn’t watch the video all the way through but I will try some of these moves. I definitely could use some work in those spots!

Jeffrey follows me all over the house! When people say that they can’t go to the bathroom without a kid, let’s just say I can still relate.

Whenever anyone talks about running with a dog it makes me want to get one. Kind of. :)

I was just going to watch the video for inspiration, but thought better of it. If I’m sick on the couch with a virus watching a tush video, that can be considered for entertainment purposes only, and that’s not fair to anyone involved. But now that our Wii is broken, and I can’t get to Wii Fit, I’m definitely looking for alternatives.

    Bookmarked.

I was at work when I read this Eli and I LOLed! I do have to say that when Jeffrey walks in front of the camera and just looks at it for an entire minute it is pretty funny. Or at least us cat lovers think so.

I love the cat! This was a great workout. I didn’t do it the firs time I watched it, but I’m going to be doing this today after my son’s nap. Nothing feels good like a good burn! I’m sure my daughter is going to join me on the floor.

haha! I love that he is blocking you. Total video bomber. And I’m torn between wanting to do what you’re doing or just sitting and looking cute like he’s doing.
